GPU Owner Program

Own the hardware. We host. You earn.

You buy the server. We rack it in a certified data center, rent it to AI teams around the clock, and send you a share of every dollar it earns. You never touch a cable.

// The lineup

Three servers. One architecture.

Every Nexus server shares the same multi-GPU, dual-EPYC backbone — what changes is the silicon. Buy one outright and we rack it, run it, and host it for you.

*Projected gross rental revenue assumes the server is under a fixed-rate tenant contract billing every hour of the month, before the revenue share set by your hosting agreement. Not guaranteed. See how it's calculated.

// The model

One purchase. Zero ongoing costs.

A revenue share, plain and simple. You own the machine, we operate it, and we both get paid from what it earns. No leases, no hosting bills, no surprise invoices.

1

You buy the server

One payment, full ownership. The server is titled to you, built and burned in by our team, and backed by a two-year Nexus warranty.

2

We put it to work

We rack it in a certified data center and rent it to AI teams around the clock. Power, cooling, networking, repairs, and remote hands are on our tab, not yours.

3

We split the revenue

Every dollar your server earns is divided per your hosting agreement, and your share lands by direct deposit each month. Out-of-pocket after purchase: $0.

Skin in the game

If you don't make money, we lose money.

We pay for the power, the cooling, the bandwidth, and the people on the floor whether your server is earning or not. Our revenue only exists when yours does — an idle server hurts us before it ever hurts you.

// Owner portal

Watch it earn. Any time.

Live utilization, health, current tenant (anonymized), and revenue for every unit you own — the same data our floor team runs on.

  • Live utilization and thermals per unit
  • Revenue and payout tracking, down to the day
  • Alerts for tenant changes and maintenance
  • Statements you can hand straight to your CPA

// How you earn

Your server. Our tenants.

Once racked, we market your server to AI teams and keep it working around the clock. You get the upside — we handle everything else.

Monthly payouts

Your share of what your server earns, paid by direct deposit each month per your hosting agreement.

Section 179 eligible

Nexus servers are business-use equipment and generally qualify for Section 179 expensing in the year placed in service, subject to IRS limits.

We handle the hardware

Power, cooling, networking, remote hands, OS reimaging, driver updates, and IPMI — all included. If a fan dies, we replace it.

Transparent reporting

A live dashboard shows utilization, current tenant (anonymized), revenue to date, and server health for every unit.

Two-year term, then it's yours

You own the hardware from day one. After the two-year hosting term: keep earning with us, ship it to your own facility, or sell it.

Scale the portfolio

Stack multiple units into a fleet. Owners building larger positions get volume pricing, a dedicated account contact, and deployment priority.

// What tenants run

Built for AI workloads.

Your server earns from every stage of the AI pipeline — from fine-tuning to low-latency production inference.

LLM training & fine-tuning

LoRA, QLoRA, full fine-tuning, and RLHF on dedicated multi-GPU servers.

Model inference

High-throughput serving across every GPU with low-latency networking.

Image & video generation

Stable Diffusion, Flux, and video models that need dense VRAM.

Data processing & embeddings

Embedding generation, RAG pipelines, and large-scale preprocessing.

Agent orchestration

Multi-agent and tool-calling workloads with dedicated memory.

Private & isolated

Bare metal, single tenant — never virtualized, never shared.

How the projection is calculated

GPUs × fixed contract rate per GPU-hour × 730 billed hours (100% of the month) = projected gross per month

Disclaimer: All revenue figures on this page are projections, not guarantees. They assume the server is continuously under a fixed-rate tenant contract that bills every hour of the month (100% of 730 hours) at Nexus's current contract rates for this hardware as of November 3, 2026. A server earns nothing while it is not under contract — for example during setup and burn-in, between tenants, or during maintenance — and there is no assurance that a tenant will be in place at any given time. Contract rates change with market demand and may be lower when your server is placed. Actual results may be materially lower than projected. Projected gross is revenue before the revenue share and payout schedule set out in the hosting agreement for each unit. Hardware depreciates. Nothing on this page constitutes a guarantee of return, a financial, tax, or investment recommendation, or an offer of securities.

// Ownership

What you own. What you control.

Titled to you

The server is sold to you as equipment and titled in your name or your company's from the day payment clears.

Your machine, your statement

Payouts come from your server's rental revenue only. Revenue is never pooled or averaged across owners.

Your call at term end

After the two-year term, keep it hosted with us, have it shipped to you or another data center, or sell it.

Common questions

What will my server actually earn?
The projected gross on each card assumes your server is under a fixed-rate tenant contract billing every hour of the month at today's contract rates. In practice a server earns nothing while it isn't under contract — during setup, between tenants, or during maintenance — and contract rates move with the market, so real revenue can be materially lower. Your hosting agreement sets the revenue share and payout schedule.
Are there any monthly costs?
No. After the purchase, power, cooling, networking, maintenance, and remote hands are covered by Nexus out of its share of rental revenue.
Who are the tenants?
AI companies and teams renting dedicated servers for inference, fine-tuning, training, and media generation. Tenants contract with Nexus; you never manage a tenant directly.
What happens if hardware fails?
Parts are covered by the two-year Nexus warranty, and our floor team handles swaps. Monitoring usually flags a failing component before it takes the machine offline.
Can I take my server out early?
Every purchase includes a two-year hosting term starting the day you sign. After the term, the hardware is yours to keep hosted, move, or sell.
Can I finance the purchase?
Lease-to-own financing is available on most builds through an equipment finance partner, subject to credit. Ask on the inquiry form.
